Couples interested in reserving a date are encouraged to take a venue tour and then decide on a package and add-ons via email or phone call. In order to reserve a date, a retainer of 1/3 the package price is required, which will be part of your payment. We also require 1/3 payment halfway to wedding date and the final payment is due 60 days prior to the event.
A year in advance is what The Wildflower recommends, especially through busier months May through June and September through October.
All contracts will be sent to you to be signed digitally.

What is provided on-site depends on the package selected. Our most basic wedding package includes the arbor, four farmhouse tables, twenty round tables, 200 white chairs, and a bridal and groom’s suite.
We do provide tables and chairs for the venue. Linens can be purchased as an additional add-on to your package.
There are 20, 72-inch round tables and four farmhouse wood tables.
Our round tables fit 10 to 12 guests per table.
The Wildflower has 200 white resin folding chairs available for ceremonies and receptions.
Absolutely! We encourage our couples and event planners to choose the best vendors for their event. But, if you are looking for suggestions on who to hire, we do have a preferred vendor list we can provide at your request.

Alcohol is allowed on premises, but your event must purchase an alcohol liability waiver.
Ceremony rehearsal are an optional event that can be added at an additional cost. People typically have their rehearsal the day before unless previously booked for another event. Please feel free to schedule your ceremony rehearsal, but please note it does not include decorating, set up or any meals.

Yes, The Wildflower offers two queen suites (Maximum Occupancy 2 Adults Each) and 2 Cabins which have 2 bedrooms and 1 bath each (Maximum Occupancy 4-5 each)

If the event planners decide to hold the event outside, the staff of The Wildflower will help you come up with a backup plan in case of bad weather.
In order to be respectful to those around us, music must be off at The Wildflower by 11 PM, with reception and clean-up concluded by midnight.
LED candles are permitted at The Wildflower. No open flame candles are allowed including unity candles.
Flower girls are allowed to throw real rose petals, no fake petals are allowed.
Sparklers can be used in the grand exit as long as there is not a burn ban in Johnston County.
Fireworks are allowed only under the watch of a Licensed Pyrotechnician. Otherwise, fireworks are not allowed on the property.
Most of the area photographers are accustomed to our property. Let your photographer determine the best location for your photos.

Yes, no additional insurance is required unless the party will have alcohol on the premises.
Events can be canceled up to 60 days out, in which the party will still be responsible for half of the payment.
